1. Determine if Wire Replacement (Peer-to-Peer) or Modbus Application (Peer to Multi-Peer).

Peer-to-Peer Mode – Inputs automatically map to the outputs! Simplify your installation by sending your digital and analog inputs and outputs over the air. Why run a wire when you can install a Zlinx wireless module to replace it? The new Zlinx wireless product line provides point-to-point communication, replacing your wires. With bidirectional flow control, the controllers allow full-duplex transmissions to optimize the communication efficiency.

Modbus Mode – Up to 150 base modules in a system; up to 6 systems can run simultaneously by using different RF network I/O.

2. Choose a Wireless Base Module.

Based on your wireless distance and your I/O needs, select the right base for you. Note: each range will only talk to the same range (i.e. MR will only communicate with MR, etc.).

Easy-to-program system! Zlinx radio modems and Zlinx Modbus I/O use the same software manager suite. Configuration software is free (download software). Or a CD can be purchased -- absolutely no registration fees or worries about installing it on any computer you have.
