"I just wanted to take a moment to compliment B&B on their excellent technical support. I called the phone number and was quickly connected to a real person who knew what they were talking about! Your engineer understood what I was asking, answered all my questions, and was even able to answer some questions I didn't even know I should be asking! All within a few minutes!

Now-a-days most companies don't want to talk to customers. They hide behind web sites & support e-mail that may take days to get anything but an automated reply from. It is a true pleasure to work with a company that makes professional engineers readily available to their customers!

Please pass this email on to B&B supervision & upper management. Let them know that quality, personal, support does not go unnoticed!"

"You guys have great customer service, by the way. I ordered a single port serial server, to be delivered by next day air.

It was for a time clock project that had been in the planning stages without a firm go-ahead. Then I'm told on Tuesday to have it ready to use for the start of the pay period Friday morning.

I placed the order through your website. Within an hour I had a call from one of your friendly staff, alerting me to a backorder on the single port, but that you'd substitute the 2-port for the same price. (If that was OK). That's more than OK. That's great! I could actually get the project done!

So the serial server showed up. Perfect! The electrician was late on Thursday afternoon to run the data line. Of course I had the difficult part of the wire run myself by the time he got here to finish the easy part.

To make this short, I find out the time clock is defective, and the time clock people sent a version of the software that won't work for this clock. So much for having it up and running. At least B&B delivered!

Thanks for the great service and products."
